See exactly how it works
23 short, narrated walkthroughs, 0.5 hours in all, recorded from the real product. Use them to bring a new teacher up to speed, or to see every corner of TempoSuite before you decide.
Getting started
Set up your studio in TempoSuite: accept your invitation, give the studio your own colours and logo, follow the setup checklist and bring in your teachers.
Students and families
Add students, invite a parent or guardian, and link the TempoPiano app on the student’s device. Nothing is collected about a child until a parent agrees.
TempoPiano, the student app
What your students see: joining your studio with a code, your branding in the app, what their teacher assigned, and practising with lessons that listen to them play.
Assignments and goals
Give each student something to practise: songs, lessons and pieces from the classical library, each with a target and a due date, plus daily practice goals and reminders.
Following practice
See who practised and who didn’t: the studio dashboard, songs a student is stuck on, and each student’s minutes, sessions and results.
Your studio’s songs
Upload your own arrangements and assign them like any built-in song. Only your studio can see them.
For parents
What a parent sees: their child’s practice and assignments, email reminders, downloading their child’s data and withdrawing consent.
People and accounts
Your own account: your name, your password, and what deleting it removes and keeps.
Lesson scheduling
Book weekly and one-off lessons on the studio’s calendar, answer families who ask to move a lesson, and keep your lessons in your own calendar app.
Your studio’s website
Every studio gets its own website, in its own colours, built from ready-made sections: lessons and prices, teachers, events, news, a contact form, and lesson booking for new families, answered in the Inbox.
Selling and payments
Sell lesson packages, recital fees, gift cards and more on your website, and invoice families, through your own payment provider. The money goes straight to your account there; TempoSuite takes no fee and never sees a card.
Design and marketing
Make your website your own with themes, fonts, layouts and sections, and keep families coming back with an announcement bar, a newsletter, comments on your news, and visitor counts without cookies.
