[0:00] In this video, you’ll set up your studio’s own website, publish it, and see it the way visitors do.

Settings

[0:06] Every studio gets a website, made in the Website tab. A new one starts as a draft: visitors see coming soon, until you publish it.

[0:15] Choose one of ten themes, each in your studio’s own colours and logo, so the website matches your students’ app. Season 12 shows the design tools in full.

[0:25] Then a tagline, a few lines about the studio, and how to reach you.

[0:31] Under Booking, you decide whether new families can ask for a lesson time from your teachers’ usual hours, and which lesson lengths you offer.

Pages and teachers

[0:39] Pages lists the website’s pages. A new site starts with a home page, lessons, teachers and contact.

[0:47] Each page is a list of ready-made sections: a banner, text, the teachers, events, lessons and prices, the contact form, booking, and more.

[0:58] Edit a section’s words and picture, move sections up and down, and save. We’ll leave this one as it is.

[1:08] Teachers have public profiles, which each teacher can also edit for themselves.

Publishing

[1:14] When it’s ready, go back to Settings and press Publish.

What visitors see

[1:19] The website is live at the studio’s own address, and it can use the studio’s own domain too.

[1:26] Visitors see the banner, the studio’s welcome, and upcoming events like the winter recital, in the studio’s colours and logo.

[1:34] The Lessons page lists lessons and prices, and lets a new family request a lesson time.

[1:41] Family login takes families to the studio’s own family area. And the website runs no tracking, and loads nothing from other companies.
