Everything a studio sells
Add products in the Shop tab with a price, a description and a picture, and they appear on your website’s shop page. Discount codes take a percentage or an amount off, until a date or for a number of uses.
- Lesson packages
- Recital and event fees
- Gift cards, fixed or chosen by the buyer
- Books and other items, with stock
Your money, your account
Connect your studio’s own payment provider: Stripe is fully supported, and Square, PayPal, Moneris, Helcim and others are in beta. Payments go straight to your account there; TempoSuite holds no money, takes no fee, and never sees a card number. Keys are checked with the provider and kept encrypted.
Checkout families trust
Families pay on your website’s payment page, in your provider’s own card form. In test mode every payment page says so and no card is charged, so you can try everything first. A receipt is emailed when the provider confirms the payment.
Orders and invoices in the Inbox
Every order is in the Inbox, with its status. Mark paid ones fulfilled, refund all or part, or invoice a family: the parent gets an email with a link, and pays it from the family area on your website.
