[0:00] In this video, you’ll create your owner account and give your studio its own colours and logo.

Your invitation

[0:06] Every TempoSuite account starts from an invitation email. Its link opens this page, with your studio, your role and your email address.

[0:14] Type your name, then choose a password of at least ten characters, and type it again.

[0:20] Then press Create account and accept.

The setup checklist

[0:23] You arrive at your studio’s student list. Above it, the setup checklist shows six steps, in the order they depend on each other.

[0:32] The first is to make it look like your studio. Its link opens Studio settings.

[0:38] Here you can change the studio’s name, and give it a primary and an accent colour, as hex codes.

[0:45] We’ll use amber for the primary colour, and coral for the accent.

[0:49] The preview shows how the TempoPiano app will use them. If a colour is too dark to read on the app’s navy background, you get a warning, and the app keeps its own colour instead.

[1:01] Press Save.

[1:02] Then upload your logo: a PNG or JPEG of up to 512 kilobytes. A square picture looks best.

[1:11] Once a student’s app is linked to your studio, it shows your name, your colours and your logo.

Next steps

[1:17] Back on the student list, the first step is ticked. The next one is inviting a teacher.

Every tutorial is recorded from the real product: a studio set up and branded, lessons booked, a website published, a family paying online, and a week of practice read at a glance.
