Script

[0:00] In this video, a parent buys lessons on the studio’s website, and the studio sees the order.

The shop

[0:06] Every studio website has a shop page, listing what’s on sale, with prices in the studio’s currency.

[0:13] Each product has its own page. A parent chooses ten lessons, and adds them to the cart.

[0:19] At checkout they give their name and email, and here, the studio’s discount code.

Paying

[0:24] Continue to payment opens the studio’s payment page, with the discount taken off.

[0:29] In test mode, every payment page says so, and no card is charged.

[0:34] With a real provider, its own card form appears here, so card numbers never reach TempoSuite. The simulated processor in this demo has a Pay button instead.

[0:45] Once the provider confirms the payment, the receipt appears, and it’s emailed to the parent.

In the Inbox

[0:51] In TempoSuite, the owners are told, and the order is in the Inbox, under Orders.

[0:56] It shows what was bought, the amount paid, and that it was a test.

[1:00] When the lessons are arranged, mark it fulfilled. Owners can also refund all or part of an order.
