Send a family an invoice from the Inbox; they pay it from the family area on your website.

[0:00] In this video, you’ll send a family an invoice, and they’ll pay it on your website.
Sending an invoice
[0:04] In the Inbox, under Orders, press Invoice a family.
[0:07] Choose the student. The invoice goes to their parent or guardian, or to an adult student themselves.
[0:14] Then say what it’s for: here, November lessons, four of them, at forty dollars each.
[0:20] Press Send invoice. The parent gets an email with a link to pay it.
The family pays
[0:25] Parents sign in on the studio’s own website, under Family login, in the studio’s colours.
[0:31] Their Payments page lists what’s due, with a Pay button.
[0:35] Pay opens the studio’s payment page, the same as a purchase from the shop, in test mode here.
[0:41] Once it’s paid, the receipt appears, and a copy is emailed to the parent.
