Lesson scheduling

Lessons booked, moved and answered in one place

Book weekly and one-off lessons for each student, answer families who ask to move one, and see it all in your own calendar.

  • Weekly or one-off
  • Families ask, you answer
  • Google, Apple or Outlook calendar

A calendar for your studio

The Schedule tab is a calendar of lessons in your studio’s time zone: only yours, one teacher’s, or the whole studio’s. Cancelled lessons stay on it, faded, with their reason, so nobody wonders where a lesson went.

  • Day, Week, Month and Agenda views
  • Each teacher in their own colour
  • Keyboard shortcuts, like Google Calendar

Book in a few clicks

Book a weekly lesson, kept booked 26 weeks ahead, or a one-off: the student, the teacher, the time, the length and the place (a room, an address or a video link). Move or cancel one lesson, or change a weekly lesson from that day on.

  • Click an empty time to book there
  • Drag a lesson to move it, or its edge to change the length
  • A warning outside a teacher’s usual hours
  • A question before double-booking a teacher

Families ask, you answer

Parents see their children’s lessons and can ask to move one, proposing a time, or to cancel it, with a message. You approve, at their time or another, or decline with a reply, and they get an email either way. Families are emailed when you move or cancel a lesson too.

In your own calendar

Anyone can make a private link that puts their lessons, the ones they teach or their children’s, in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, kept up to date.
