Invite a teacher or another owner from Studio settings, and follow invitations on the People page.

[0:00] In this video, you’ll invite a teacher, and see everyone who works in your studio.
Sending an invitation
[0:05] As the studio’s owner, you invite staff from Studio settings: the gear at the top of the page.
[0:12] Scroll down to Invite staff.
[0:16] Type the teacher’s email address. TempoSuite emails them a link to create their account.
[0:21] Choose whether they join as a teacher, or as an owner. Owners can also change the studio’s settings, and manage its people.
[0:29] Then press Send invitation.
The People page
[0:32] The People tab shows everyone in your studio.
[0:36] First, your teachers and owners, with their roles. Teachers see every student in the studio, and can add their own.
[0:45] Further down are the parents and guardians, and every invitation that hasn’t been accepted yet.
[0:50] Here is the invitation we just sent. If you sent it to the wrong address, cancel it, and the link stops working.
[0:59] When the teacher accepts, they move up to Teachers and owners.
