Script

[0:00] In this video, a parent asks to move a lesson, and the teacher answers.

The parent asks

[0:04] Parents see their children’s lessons on the Schedule tab too, on the same kind of calendar.

[0:10] Clicking a lesson shows its details, and lets a parent ask to reschedule it, or to cancel it.

[0:16] They propose a time that suits them, and can add a message for the teacher.

[0:25] Then send it. The teacher gets an email, and the lesson shows Change asked until they answer.

The teacher answers

[0:32] For the teacher, the Schedule tab shows a count, and the requests waiting for an answer are beside the calendar.

[0:38] Each one says which lesson, the time the family would like, and their message.

[0:43] Approve moves the lesson. The teacher can keep the time the family asked for, or offer another, with a reply.

[0:50] The family gets an email with the answer, and the lesson moves on everyone’s schedule.

[0:55] Decline works the same way, with a reply that says why. The lesson then stays where it was.
